What is Anti-anxiety Coaching?
Anti-anxiety coaching is a type of coaching that helps people to manage their anxiety and live a more fulfilling life. It can involve helping people to identify their triggers, understand their anxiety, and develop coping strategies. It may also involve teaching people how to relax and manage stress.

About Natasha
Natasha Epstein is the founder and lead coach and facilitator for Quantum Collaboration. She is a qualified attorney with an undergraduate degree in finance. Her innate interest in and understanding of people led her out of the legal profession into a meaningful career in human development. She is an accredited facilitator, coach and speaker and has been since 2011.

This workshop teaches the accurate emotion for the contexts we find ourselves in as well as what they’re needing from us so that, ultimately, we find ourselves free of anxiety.
